AUGUST 2007- NATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS MEMORIAL In August, 2007, Laurel and Don Shoulders visited the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C. A moving experience, they also traced the names of four Cleveland officers and friends from the Wall.
